Dallas Stars Unveil Training Camp Schedule

The Dallas Stars have had a busy summer as the franchise plans a return to its winning ways.

They’ve brought back their former coach – Ken Hitchcock – who led the franchise to its only Stanley Cup in 1999, signed key free agents and new players and re-signed important veterans, and announced it will be host city and site for the 2018 NHL Draft.

Next up is training camp.

The Stars recently unveiled their training camp schedule for the 2017-18 season.

The team will hold training camp for the third consecutive season at H-E-B Center at Cedar Park, Friday, Sept. 15 to Monday, Sept. 18. H-E-B Center is the home to the Texas Stars, Dallas’  development affiliate in the American Hockey League (AHL).

The public can attend practices on Friday, Saturday and Monday  and can enter through the east entrance of the building.

The franchise will host its Victory Green vs. White Intrasquad Scrimmage at noon on Sunday, Sept. 17th, at H-E-B Center. The public can reserve a free ticket to the scrimmage by visiting TexasStars.com or Ticketmaster.com. The team has announced that Dallas Stars and Texas Stars ticket plan holders qualify for reserved tickets for the scrimmage, up to the amount of seats they hold in their 2017-18 ticket plan. Plan holders can contact their Stars customer service representative to acquire their tickets.
