In honor of Dirk Nowitzki’s journey to 30,000 career points, the American Airlines Center is officially bringing back the DIRKBURGER.
Created by Executive Chef Mark Mabry, the DIRKBURGER is a delicious 1/3 lb burger completele with jalapeno beer cheese, bacon onion marmalade, arugula and mustard horseradish aioli on a Bavarian pretzel bun served with French Fries and a limited edition 30K souvenir cup.
This exclusive burger will be available starting Friday, March 3 vs Memphis Grizzlies in Concession Stands 106, 114 and 118.
